My name is Tiffany Helton and I lived in the EB area with my husband Anthony. We had lost our trailer due to the tornado and went to have Time Warner cable cancel our services, their first question after we had explained to the the situation was “do you have the equipment?” We told them once again that we had lost everything due to the storm and there response was we would have to pay for the equipment witch was $735 dollars. I know that me and my husband was not the only ones who lost everything and I know that we were not the only ones who had cable, I think that the word should be spread about how they want to charge the victims of the storm for the equipment that TWC should have had insurance on themselves. I know its not the local office crew who is being so crude but the news should get out about how hardhearted the corporate owners of both TWC and dish are.
