It's difficult to believe that the Russian government has been  shooting and killing stray dogs to control the unwanted population even before the Olympic games started.  These dogs are hungry and homeless.  Tell Russia that this is senseless, unnecessary killing and that they should implement current-day techniques to help control the unwanted population of animals instead of shooting and killing them.  These are innocent  dogs, they're mating & producing out of instinct.  They need us to be their voice.
