US follow due process for detainees everywhere

The Issue

Department of Justice, in a mockery of justice, has apparently decided to continue the Bush policy that incarcerates suspects in foreign prisons and grants them no rights.  If we are to overcome terrorism, the U.S. must pledge itself to full compliance with due process everywhere! Otherwise, no one will trust us to live by our ideals of justice.
