U.S. Residents: Ask Congress to Promote Anti-Devocalization Laws

The Issue

H.R. 5422 would reward states that have enacted laws prohibiting the devocalization of dogs and cats solely for the purpose of convenience. States with such a prohibition in place would be eligible to apply for a federal grant of up to $1,000,000 to be used for programs that prevent or promote the prevention of cruelty to animals.
