Tariq Aziz and his 12 year old cousin Waheed Khan were killed by a hellfire missile in a drone strike less than 3 days after Tariq attended attending a "Waziristan Grand Jirga", a community council, on behalf of drone strike victims in Pakistan. The final order to kill was allegedly signed by Stephen Preston, the general counsel at the CIA headquarters. What right does he have to be judge, jury and executioner? If these young boys are terrorists, let the CIA show evidence that is the case.
Drone strikes with hellfire missiles have killed thousands of innocent civilians in Pakistan and Afghanistan, as well as other countries in the Middle East and Africa with which the Unites States is not even at war. Victims have little recourse to justice because US Officials regularly classify these victims as insurgents and terrorists. The killing of innocents is a war crime and a crime against humanity.
