Everybody if ever seen the area, Southest Asia, aslo knowing the sea that is among Vietnam, Indonesia, Philipines, Bruney, Malaysia, Singapore and China (pls refer to link: http://wikimapia.org/#lat=13.0259659&lon=115.4003906&z=5&l=38&m=m) is a International Sea that covering Paracel and Spratly islands with severe weather conditions in small area. As you may know, China Government is being insisted 80% (EIGHTY percent) of the Sea belongs to them and unilaterally enforce to ban other ships from fishing, discovering...in the area (80% coverage of the SEA) violating seriously to the UNCLOS 1982. To do this, China Government arranges hundred of Sea Surveilance Ship (formerly known as barrleship) operating day and night in each small zone of the sea. These ships have done many illegally actions on the human, foreign boats....eventhough they had shot many fishers from Vietnam.... Those series of actions that you have never ever seen before all over the world, only China Governmetnt. Probably Chinese is good and friendly, but some of leaders are aggressive and arbitrary, they seem to have idea of Adolf Hitler and forgot idea of Confucious (Chinese Philosopher) who is very famous with Phylosophy of Justice, Honesty, and Ethics. Pls help to tell China Government to stop invading the sea and respect & obey UNCLOS 1982 in order to maintain the peaceful of the Southest Asia area.
