Innocent dogs are being murdered on the streets of Romania every day , by ANY means . These atrocities are in no way humane and must be stopped . They are being deliberately starved to death in the hell holes Romania calls 'shelters' , they are beaten , they are hung , they are mutilated , they are poisoned , they are shot and in Romania this is acceptable and legal !!!! The rest of the World is horrified . We the undersigned demand the UK Government intervene and tell President Basescu this is not acceptable and will not be tolerated by the UK !!!!!! President Basescu has recently stated that Romania must kill EVERY SINGLE DOG in the Country , There are millions who's only crime was to be born in Romania . He LIED  to the Worlds press and media about the circumstances of tragic Ionut Anghel's death in September 2013 .  The UK demands that our own Government investigate and helps these innocent animals immediately
