Using "child tax credits" illegal aliens are receiving more than $4 BILLION of taxpayer-funded refunds from the IRS. REQUIRE A VALID AND VERIFIED SSN FOR ANYONE FILING FOR CTC! The House has already acted to end this abuse and the Senate needs to act by passing Sen. Rubio's S. 3083 or Sen. Vitter's S. 577.
