Because if Teachers do not do this they are fired for one reason or another. And the students do not get a education. This is done so the schools get more money. ( No Child Left Behind. ) My daughter worked for district 169 Ford Heights in Chicago. Her name Mary E Thorson the Chicago Tribune has articles about her.( Teacher suicide ) she also has a facebook page Mary E Thorson. This is not a local problem. It is a problem all over the counetry.It is too late to help my daughter but not the teachers and stuents this is happening to. It is time for change, please help by signing this petition.
