Judge Cebull launched a racist email against the President of the United States when he wrote:"A little boy said to his mother; 'Mommy, how come I'm black and you're white?' " the e-mail joke reads. "His mother replied, 'Don't even go there Barack! From what I can remember about that party, you're lucky you don't bark!' "

As a judge appointed by the President of the United States, we must expect and demand that our appointed officials are above board in every aspect of their lives. We can not allow our Federal Judges to harbor and openly display racist feelings toward President Obama or any other future President of this great nation wthout being held accountable for those feelings/actions.
