Conserve Operations of Pittsburgh Paintball Sports Complex
Conserve Operations of Pittsburgh Paintball Sports Complex
The Issue
For the past 2 years after acquiring Paintball World, Pittsburgh Paintball Sports Complex has made commendable efforts to reconstruct and provide a safe and fun filled environment with response to the neighbors who wish to cease operation of the establishment. Pittsburgh Paintball brings an element of safety, education, as well as team work to its players and spectators. PPSC is the last of its kind in western PA. PPSC host the NCPA comprised of University of Pittsburgh, Penn State, Ohio University, and West Virginia University. Along with other leagues such as the USPA which brings in players state wide. PPSC supports its local businesses with the increase of traffic it brings into this small community. Forcing the establishment to leave will result in local jobs lost, lost revenue to the community, an entire community left without their recreational fun, no place for organized teams to play, and uneducated perilous play with paintball markers. Paintballs are completely non-toxic, non-caustic, biodegradable, and water-soluble. There is no harm in the environment or the animals in the area. The noise levels in terms of decibels is no more that of a community park or a lawn mower. We are asking that you do not cease operation of Pittsburgh Paintball Sports Complex.
