Puppy mills are inhumane and horrible. There isn't a puppy mill around that you can say is run with quality care, or with the health and well-being of the dogs in mind. A facility, which will be used as a puppy mill, was recently approved by the Ontario County planning board and we need to stop it. The same people who are planning to start this puppy mill already have one in Varick, NY which is watched by animal welfare groups around the country. If you are against the maltreatment of dogs please sign and pass along this petition to stop Ontario County from allowing a puppy mill to be built. Thank you!
