Allow Recycled Paws Rescue, Inc. to operate as a rescue in Montrose NY

The Issue

By signing this Petition you will helping us to save more lives. In the last 5 yrs we have pulled over 1800 pups. It doesnt seem like a lot compared to the larger Shelters but for a small based rescue with strictly volunteers (No One gets paid) and only working on donations it is not a bad number.
For the dogs that we have saved it is a BIG deal.
The Town of Cortlandt Manor along with the Westchester Board of Health are trying to shut us down. The SPCA has gotten involved trying to claim bogus charges.
My volunteers and myself work around the clock (unlike the SPCA & other Shelters) with the pups. There is very little down time that the dogs are alone. My volunteers are tireless in their efforts to help.
We have the Lincoln Hall boys that volunteer their time, Disabled VETS from down the street come to walk the pups and get "therapy" from the pups.
We are here 7 days a week/365 a year. The dogs don't take a holiday so we don't either!!
Where were the people of the Town of Cortlandt Code Enforcement at 5 am Christmas Morning?? It was a Federal Holiday !! A couple of my dedicated volunteers and Myself were here spending the Holy Day with the pups - Feeding them - walking them - And Cleaning their crates so they too could have a comfortable holiday!! Same with ALL the other Holidays!!
For MY Christmas & Birthday wishes - I WISHED for BIG BAGS OF DOGFOOD for my rescues !! My lunch money goes to the dogs!!
Please sign our Petition to help us STAY OPEN FOR THE SAKE OF THE DOGS !! THIS I PRAY FOR THEM !!
