We the undersigned Vt. Residents of Cabot wish to express our concerns with the scope and potential impact of the proposed “Ordinance Regulating the Use of All Terrain Vehicles (ATV)” (“ATV Ordinance”) and petition the Select Board of Cabot, Vt. to  seek an advisory referendum on the proposed ATV Ordinance by vote of the townspeople by Australian Ballot on or before Town Meeting Day, 2013. We ask that the Selectboard postpone a final decision on any proposed ATV Ordinance until it has received the results of an advisory referendum vote.
