To most people when you live in a state you know how things are but when you move then its a whole other story. From changing your license to filing any number of petitions ie custody visitation, not enough communication between states. Especially those that don't share a border. There are some things that should not be made harder and yet here comes the government. We'll change the rules here and there and that will make this better. As everyone knows that very seldom happens.
