The issue

On the 06/03/2013 my child a student of Dandenong High School at the present time, Shaye Kosky was struck by a car going 80km which caused severe injuries to her whole body which later resulted in the loss of her life.
If the speed was reduced at the time, my daughter may still have her life.
Help me reduce the much too high speed limit by signing this petition to prevent the loss of another innocent life. 
lets try for barriers and school zone signs too!
