To Edmonton City Council: reverse a two-hour cancellation policy the Disabled Adult Transportation System wants to implement Sept. 1

The Issue

The Disabled Adult Transportation System in Edmonton changed their cancellation policy from 30 minutes to 2 hours, again, without consulting with users. Edmonton City Council needs to know DATS users were not consulted and consider reversing the two-hour cancellation policy. We are looking for 1,000 signatures by Aug. 19 when we plan to deliver the petition.
