The Internet does not belong to Time Warner Cable or any other cable company. The fact that they want to start charging for Internet usage is unjustified and just plain greedy. TWC is making money hand over foot and their profits are at $1.493 bil.(reference the link)

Their plan is to provide customers with blocks of time on the Internet. After that, the customer will be charged for useage. 

TWC is money driven - not service driven.

Their prices are already insane. Now they want to make more profit for their shareholders by charging for Internet service.

Cable companies have already manipulated congress. We don't have to allow them to manipulate us. Well, any more than they already do. This time they have gone too far.
