Joe Schreibvogel is coming to the Hutchinson Mall in Hutchinson, MN, on February 23-27 with his exhibit of various animals, including a baby tiger. 

Unfortunately, this person has a history of USDA violations and offenses and continues to exploit the animals he breeds for entertainment.  The cats used for entertainment are eventually "thrown away" and may end up as trophies or in other cruel conditions.
