As a huge music fan  buying concert tickets are expensive.You have to pay double for ticket fees for only one transaction. you have to pay for two ticket fee transactions when your buying tickets all at once,making ticket pricing double the price it's actually worth. On the second note we have scalpers all over the internet buying tickets when it comes to events. There's no way of stopping them unless we start paperless ticketing. With paperless ticketing you  will have to pick up the tickets you purchased at the box office with your id and credit card. If one is not able to attend the show they should be able to get a refund only if  one notifies the company at least 72 hours before the event and thus giving both companies ticketmaster/livenation enough time to resell the tickets

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BRING DOWN THE TRANSACTION FEE AND GO PAPERLESS!!!!
