This petition, declared the CONGRESSIONAL REFORM, RESPONSIBILITY and JUSTICE ACT if successful and signed into law would allow the Citizens of the United States of America more control over the job performance standards of their elected Congress of their own district and by popularity. Also an investigation for Congress from other districts could be started by intuition alone by citizens, in which case an electoral vote is not altered in any way making the nation more transparent and other States are not effected by one Congressman alone. A new policy will be put in place to educate Congress in making fair, responsible decisions. Also a Congressman will act accordingly and respect the citizens of this nation with no stereo typical behavior. Responsibility will be met, and understood just like their fellow Americans working in hard in labor intensive industries all across America. From this transparency and standard, performance ratings given to congress from the United States in a fast and swift people oriented electoral vote, anytime, anywhere from the privacy of citizens in their own home would allow for a seamless, quick solution, or a timely investigation in which case Americans would be removing an elected Congress from Office. This would be made official by policies developed followed by an official vote registration and petition count for authenticity. This would make responsible every congress personnel using fairness in relating information to the people (not just office aids) with who direct contact support in all subject matter will be made or replied immediately. No citizen of this great country who also has had just reason will go ignored, be prosecuted, or give up their freedom of speech because their elected Congress has not disclosed vital district information, thereby making district citizens rely on local media. This will allow checks and balances to be appropriated regardless of individual standing, especially unemployment. This Includes emailed, telephoned, post letter and in one to one interface meetings with all Americans and any Congress they choose to contact in the United States of America.

     Each and every working citizen pays taxes, therefore demand an individual meeting by right, and shall not be hindered or excused based upon the personal belief or state of origin, status, or any deviance from individual freedom. The members of Congress will adhere to these standards and will not self elect something personal to a higher priority such as; Committing adultery, Embezzlement, or Fraudulent actions over their fellow Americans. The members of Congress will develop a prompt working relationship or personal stature of the citizens or personnel in relation to other citizens of America in a non bias fashion, and especially in their districts. Every sign, symptom and person’s request shall be analyzed and investigated properly and all measures will be taken in to account in a timely manner. These rights and determinations will be made in according and conjunction to a majority vote by the citizens, to replace the Senator and if need be by emergency override by the citizens of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

     From that time forth Congress shall be by law,  be deemed public servants and employees of an organization better suited for being representatives of the United States and they will REPRESENT the Citizens of the United States of America and thereby be responsible for their safety either foreign or domestic including community relations in which and not limited to economic and personal trips to poverty stricken communities or disaster areas and any suffering areas whereby the citizens feel the need to be evaluated, given the environment, closing factories, high crime or any symptom related thereby surveying and eliminating problems on the citizen level, before they hinder the Washington Level. If there is a relevant emergency in which conditions dealing with the pursuit of happiness is in danger or liberties lost, congress shall not recess until the matter has reached a fair and just vote. The aptitude of the law requires a broad knowledge and skill base to maintain job level performance. Experience will be gained on the front porch of every free American if called into service. If these actions are ignored, and an economic evaluation provides sufficient information of ignored problematic behavior, the congress shall forfeit his or her pay in according to the level of devastation in their district based upon a performance evaluation. If negligence is found to be the deciding factor of the US Senate or US House, being removed, the Congressman/ woman shall forfeit his or her pension and be separated from civil duties or public office of any type to be in strict accordance to policies forged and drafted by the United States Citizens of America.

     If the proceedings of Congressional meetings are found to be unsatisfactory and policies are not adhered to in a timely and professional matter like the jobs of their counterpart Us citizens, a direct and just punishment up to and including removal from office will be swift, non-judicial and immediate by a quick majority vote/ performance rating, from every district anytime - anywhere in the USA. This declaration is by the people, of the people, and for the people of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and will be notarized, and redeemed by every American who sees fit to sign.
