Getting control over the depletion of the chemicals in the our upper layers is probably the greater issue to mankind then all else. Like Government and the mass of our population we still don't realize how important this is. We have been told by scientest for three decades that our weather would change drasticly and it has. We were told that the areas for growing food for the population will chang, and many will starve in places that you would never expect, and it has.

Second, we must get rid of the artificially produced, volatile small particle fuels. These are absolutely the most dangerous substances on Earth. Government needs to start a program to develop a way to neutralize these deadly materials. We need to abandon the use of these materials for any purpose whatsoever. As a race of intelligent beings, why would we ever have developed and manufactured a poison that we can not control, and barely contain, in such mass quantity?

There are two inexhaustible areas where power could be drawn from: First: There is unlimited heat directly below the feet of every human on Earth. We simply need to learn how to obtain and harness it! Second, is the incredible consistent energy of the tidal actions on the coasts of our country, where many of our major cities are. The universe has provided us with tons and tons of push-pull action just waiting for us to use it! Its ours; it's free, clean, and it's forever.

If we could just lead take the lead to get such things done it would undoubtedly bring cultures together. This could be the greatest promoter of peace on the Planet.
