48 other states and the United States Military allow for non-medical vaccination exemptions. West Virginians deserve the same rights as those citizens. There are legitimate religious and philosophical reasons to selectively vaccinate. But in West Virginia, those with religious or philosophical objections to some or all vaccines are not permitted to send their children to public school. This must change!
We ask that the 2012 West Virginia Legislature pass a bill to provide parents with non-medical vaccination exemptions.
Provide non-medical (religious/philosophical) vaccination exemptions
Greetings,
I just signed the following petition addressed to: The West Virginia Legislature.

Provide non-medical (religious/philosophical) vaccination exemptions

There are legitimate religious and philosophical reasons to selectively vaccinate.
