Because of the most recent provision to the NDAA bill the U.S. is now able to detain and hold indefinitely on American soil anyone who is "suspected of terrorism" without being formally charged with anything and without due process or a trial.

This is completely unconstitutional and can so easily be abused by the government. REPEAL THIS NOW.
