      PETITION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIMARY ELECTION

The Secretary of the State of California has upon receipt of the declaration of intent to qualify the proposed political party, shall notify each county elections official of the name of the political body and its intent to qualify as a political party. The purpose and point of this political party is to bring about the inclusion of the “Prime Law of Protection” into the California State Constitution which will bring about a “Protection Only Budget”.
