Citizen's United has proven to be harmful to the country by way of corrupting politicians and affecting our democracy as a whole. Unlimited contributions, and concealing where contributions come from, could ultimately cause people of greed, and even foreign interests, to have influence over our Congressmen and Senators to the point where our country is destroyed beyond repair. This petition was started to make the Supreme Court understand the position of the American people. I believe most Americans do not like the influence over our legislators that exist already. Allowing unlimited contributions would only exascerbate the problem. If enough people sign this position it will at least assure that the justices know how theb American feel on this issue.
