The state of Wisconsin has thrown dogs to the wolves and bears! Trophy hunting is despicable but made even more vial by the State legalizing the use of dogs to hunt bears and soon wolves. Shocking as this is the state even rewards hunters for their dogs shredded to death by these desperate animals fighting for their lives. Yes, as the state cuts programs for the disabled it gives hunters $2000.00 for their dead dogs.
While people are put in jail for dog fighting this state has legalized vicious blood sport!
