The levels of Cruelty and Neglect of Animals in Cyprus is Shameful and a Public Disgrace. The Officers of this proposed service need to have the power to Investigate and Prosecute abuse. The goverment needs to instruct the Judiciary to impose severe penalties on those convicted of Cruelty, or Neglect and to impose a lifetime ban on keeping animals IN ADDITION.
