Dear American Taxpayers and Citizens:

My name is J R Johnson. I live in Hico, Texas. I am the sole owner of a Company called Centex Construction, and I do contract work.

Usually this means that someone constructing a building hires me to do part of the work.We sign a contract where we agree on exactly what  I need to do,amd what I will be paid.According to the contract, when I am finished with the job I will be paid in full.This way I can pay all my suppliers and workers.

Last May 2011, I got into a deal with Levent Ulusal of Solidarity Contracting. He hired me to do the Stucco Work on a new School in Austin, Texas.The school is called Harmony School of Political Science.I hired workers and we got the job done completely by July 12,2011.But Levent didnot pay me the remaining $253,000.00

that his company owes me.

In June, I heard about a newspaper story in the New York Times. I read about how the Harmony Schools were part of a chain of schools run by the Gulen Movement,and how almost all thier contracts were going to companies owned by Turkish people that were part of thier network, meaning the Gulen Movement.That sounded a lot like Levent and his Company.

I have leaned on Levent to get me paid, but  to no avail.I have put a Lien on the property which is owned by the Cosmos Foundation out of Houston, Texas.I have a Lawsuit  against  Levents Company and the Cosmos Foundation.

Cosmos Foundation gets Funds from  the Federal Government and State Governments, thus it is your tax-payer money.Where is this Money going to?Building Schools, yes , but where is the rest of the money.Is it being use for other purposes?

If it were one dishonest person, it would be my bad luck.But I've been hearing other stories about the Gulen Movement and what its doing around the Country,such as treating employees unfairly, and hiring foreign workers on Visas while qualified Americans are out of Work!The more I hear about the Gulen Movement the more I concerned I get.

I know the Construction Business and I know how you can hide a lot of Money by putting in line items here and there.I wonder if people like Levent are really qualified to build school buildings that are safe.

An Ethics investigation should be immediately opened to determine the growing number of legislators,elected officials,and thier staff who have taken part in "free trips to Turkey" paid for by the Gulen Movement"s non-profit organizations (including the Raindrop Turkish House,Institute of Interfaith Dialog,Turquoise Foundation and the like).Should any of the elected representatives who have been on such trips have introduced legislation or voted upon legislation favorable to the  Gulen Movement's charter schools or other affiliated organizations-or violate any other ethics rules-said elected representatives should be punished to the full extent of the Law.

Our Politicians are not doing anything about this.All of them, Democrats and Republicans, they are asleep at the wheel.It seems like our laws are set up to let charter schools get away with almost anything.

I have  decided I have had enough.I am not going to just sit and take it while a group like this abuses our system with our tax dollars.This petition is for everybody, for our kids and our public schools.Its for every taxpayer and citizen in our country.Thanks!!
