This petition is important because the Animals do not have a voice of their own and  they cannot defend themselves from being BRUTALLY physically and emotionally abused; from being neglected, and from being tortured by human beings; from being beaten and by being BRUTALLY cut with harmful objects of their limbs and other organs, while they are still alive and without the help of anesthetic medication, as well as, from being inhumanely BRUTALLY killed by other barbarian acts.   It is so disturbing to continue these inhumane acts done against the Animals.  The people demand a better standards of care for Animals, once and for all.
