Release the body of Joseph Riley so he can go back to his home in Australia

The Issue

Joseph and Abra Riley are from Australia and were here in the USA to attend to her sick mother when Joseph's one good lung collapsed and due to the medical bills their money was depleted. Joseph passed away and now they are both stranded in Sacramento California because the Chapel Of The Valley Funeral Home will not release Joseph's body to be transported back until his wife Abra pays them $10,000.

The Embassy is willing to help them get back to Australia but the funeral home will not cooperate. Please sign this petition telling the Chapel Of The Valley Funeral Home to release Joseph so he can be laid to rest in his home in Australia.

Too many innocent people are suffering for what the guilty do. Our taxpayer dollars are wasted incarcerating innocent people. There are more innocent people in prison than we would care to admit.
