Our freedoms are in jeopardy, as both Senators Carl Levin and Senator John McCain have conspired and drafted in secret, a proposal that will give the US Military the power to HIJACK & Detain American Citizens without JUST CAUSE.  Sections 1031 and 1032 of the NDAA, if approved will allow the president to officially declare America a "Battlefield" which gives the military the power to arrest anyone at any time, anywhere, and detain them with no rights indefinately. First President Bush spies on us with illegal wiretaps and now these 2 senators conspire to give the United States Government, and all Presidents herein the power to arrest any US citizen they see fit?
