My husband and I have been working on his papers for 5 years, paid USCIS thousands of dollars and had the I130 approved then the I485 was denied. He is our only means of financial support. I have ongoing health issues where I need him in our home to take care of me and assist with my daughter. My husband is my life and without him I dont know how to go on. He is my best friend, my soul mate. The Bible clearly states what God has put together let no man separate. My husband is a good, Godly man and a good husband. He has never been in trouble with the law. Please help me bring my husband back home. My husband had permission to remain in the US in 2005 when he crossed the border and turned himself in to ICE agents, if had did something wrong why didnt they deport him then? No they let him stay. He missed the court date because he went to New York and in the process of moving so much trying to survive he lost the one piece of paper they gave him and had no way of contacting anyone in Texas to explain what had happend. Since 2008 we have been filing papers, paying thousands to USCIS trying to do the right thing and we are being punished. ICE agents showed up at my house on January 26, 2012 and took my husband for no reason other that a no show in court in 2006. I need my husband to come home and God states clearly in Mark 10: 9 that what God has put together let no man separate. My husband was assaulted by 4 ICE agents while in custody in Fairfax Va field office because he would not sign self deportation papers, they threw him upside the wall, beat him in his back and forcefully fingerprinted him all while in shackles just for not signing a paper. This is not fair and it was inhumane and our President has been informed of this and he replied back to me he is not in a position to help. I filed a complaint with DHS and they have done nothing.Please anyone that can help me, please I beg of you to help . Thank you and God bless
