Because customers deserve to receive services they have paid for. There seems to be a serious and chronic issue with The Morning Call delivery carriers not doing their jobs correctly. This results in newspapers not being delivered to paying customers, newspapers being given to wrong addesses, newspapers not being put into green mail tubes provided by Morning Call, specifically erected for the newspaper placement. A chronic problem is being uncovered all over the Lehigh Valley by hundreds of customers who are all suffering some sort of major delivery issues. There are reports of people not receiving their newspapers for days or even weeks on end. THIS MUST STOP. Any efforts to call a 1-800 number to complain only send the call to an outsourced center and the problem is not being corrected.
