For years, some MTA workers have proven themselves to lack knowledge or be ignorant of the MTA rules of conduct.

Many passengers have been harassed and intimidated by MTA employees for legally taking pictures and videos and having service animals (such as seeing eye dogs) on the system for example.

It is time for this to stop. There is no reason to tolerate the wasting of taxpayer resources on unneeded calls to the police and service delays caused by employees ignorant of the rules of conduct of the system they themselves work in. Full MTA rules of conduct posters should be posted in subway cars and buses to prevent these injustices from occuring.
