In regard to the advance provision of documentation for Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, we are OPPOSED to this bill which would change the wording of the law from BUSINESS days to CALENDAR days. This change REDUCES the amount of time a parent or guardian has to evaluate important legal documents concerning their child.
