If allowed to proceed, this construction would not only greatly degrade the quality of life on our street and surrounding neighborhood (noise, noxious fumes, etc.) but, it would also reduce property values in the area dramatically. Parkway is a much-treasured street in Lake Como. Destroying its charm and beauty by making it the home of a sewage station without considering alternative approaches is not in the best interest of Lake Como or its citizens.
