This is very IMPORTANT because it's not ok to abuse any animal and we need a law to let that be known. If people know that, the abuser will think before doing a horrible act and serve the time. We need to step up and be heard and protect those who cannot protect them self. We also need to make sure that if the abuser EVER tries to adopt or have any other pet that will not happen because of the way we write the law
