The Tenth Amendment is the right of the people of that state. The Federal Government cannot by Law make the States to disclose information that are Deemed private such as Medical Records. Most States refuse to Disclose such information due to the complex privacy of such records. But the Federal Government is telling the States who do disclose such information they will receive certain Grants by doing so. This is what the U.S Dept Of Justice is doing. And Missouri is participating in such action. Which again violates the right of the people. Its just a matter of time before people start suing the State and Federal Government for doing so.
