Brandon was wrongfully accused of first degree murder when he was in Illinois for work in November 2011. He was defending himself against a violent, family related gang when one of the members passed away. The gang members are notorious for their crimes and are known to get away with them because of their connection with the Elected State's Attorney,. We can not provide further details in effort to prevent any backlash from the family that may harm his case. Please support Brandon's innocence by signing the petition in efforts to get him a fair trial outside of Richland County.

Requesting a fair trial for Brandon Jenkins.

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that Brandon Jenkins, who was wrongfully accused of first degree murder, receive a fair trial outside of Richland County, Illinois, which is known to be full of corruption and connected to the Earp's and Trout's. We also request that Brandon's second and eighth amendment rights be honored.
