For the first time, fairly recently, Puerto Rico has voted to become a state. Now it is up to congress to annex Puerto Rico. This petition is to have the Congress, Senate, and President of the United States to annex Puerto Rico and help in its road to becoming a state. The people of Puerto Rico have already spoken, and it is up to our representatives, senators, and president to carry out the will of those people.
