This man may have been an adequate college coach, but he is single handedly destroying this team. His "my way or the highway" style may be acceptable if his players respected him, but so far, he has done little to earn that respect. In fact, he has done more to lose it. Fire him immediately. Do it before the franchise gets to a state disrepair.
