At the moment football league clubs are being minimised to five subs per a game, this meaning that younger academy players are having less chance to prove themselves in the real game and having to rely on reserve games and academy games to make an impact. This petition is standing against the 5 sub rule and wanting the football league to increase the 5 subs to 7 subs but 2 of the 7 subs HAVE to be academy players, this means that we will have more younger players coming through clubs and getting a chance and thus more talent being created in England.
