The federal government is putting a lot of our tax dollars towards subsidies on factory farms when the money could be spent on organic farms.

Currently, the federal government spends $1 billion dollars a year subsidizing factory farms. This means the federal government could put this money instead towards the healthier choice: organic farms. Not only is organic food not filled with pesticides and unwanted hormones, organic food is farm grown and is 100% natural and 100% healthier than factory farms.

We need the federal government to shift their spending to the healthy choice, because at the end of the day, organic food is the key to a healthy tomorrow. Please join me by signing this petition and help convince the Federal government to shift subsidies.
