PLEASE NOTE THIS PEITION IS TO BE SIGNED BY WESTLAKE RESIDENTS ONLY!!  Thank-you!      This cell phone tower is in a residential area and allowing it will detract from the City of Westlake's ability to protect its citizens by setting an unwanted precedent. Once this tower is built the city will be pressured to allow others in similar residential areas to be built without recourse. By signing this petition you are indicating that you are a Westlake Resident. You are concerned about home values & desirability of the above mentioned area. You are strongly opposed to this proliferating in our city for the sake of maintaining property value, community desirability and reputation, as well as the physical beauty of our city.
