My sister's brother in law bought a sandwich for a homeless man and was told if it happens again he would be fined $150 per person and jailed for a minimum of 24 hours. He wasn't even allowed to give him the sandwich he had just bought for him. Why is feeding someone less fortunate against a city ordinance? This has to be stopped.
