Breed Specific Legislation is being repealed all over the United States due to the difficulty in determining breed based solely upon the appearance of a dog. Beloved family pets are going to be removed from their loving homes and families due to their physical characteristics. Instead, we would recommend a Vicious Dog Policy that is based upon an animal's temperament with no respect to appearance.
