THE CHILD SUPPORT EQUALITY ACT INTRODUCTION

Dear Designated Child Support Provider

 Do you support the Federal Government or a judge through court order having the legal authority to garnish the Social Security disability benefits of a person who is no longer able to work and financially take care of themselves and without regard for their personal economic welfare?

  Designated Child Support Providers are subject to harassment, incarceration and devastating life changing circumstances that have gone unchallenged for too long.  

Isn’t it about time to put a stop to your civil right to Fair and Equal Protection under the law from continually being violated? I’ve heard horror stories and witnessed more than just civil rights violations take place when it concerns child support issues. I believe the time to act is now. 

This is why I am asking for you sign and support The Child Support Equality Act I want to submit to my States Representative and introduced to committee as a bill to eventually become law.

This act will effectively level the playing field on civil rights and equality under the law for all people, Men, Women, and children alike.  

Please take a moment to read the proposed bill and submit it to your state’s representative also.  It will enhance the probability of at least one Congress representative, out of hundreds, will support and introducing the bill to committee. Following this course of action will increase the likelihood of it becoming law. And, it will profoundly show a mandate from a majority of voters to enact the bill into law before the next election season.

Will you join me in this endeavor to stop Government harassment and discrimination against Designated Child Support Providers from Federal and state levels and take steps to effectively ensure the financial security and welfare of our nation’s future?
