Third Rail Tragedy: There is a need to educate the public on the dangers of the third rail

The Issue

My nephew, Jeff LaValle, was killed by the third rail electrocution while boarding the redline on 6/30/13. Just a few days earlier another man was electrocuted on the redline. These stories are all too common.
