John Graham was extradited to the USA on hearsay and double hearsay evidence for a murder which occurred over 35 years ago. Much controversy about this murder points to FBI involvement or coverup. Witness 'cooperation' essentially means witnesses have been coerced to cooperate, the same way Myrtle Poor Bear witnessed against Leonard Peltier and the way Peltier was approached to testify against Graham. Graham refused to 'cooperate' or refused to be coerced, and he paid the price of being accused of a crime he did not commit. What happened to John Graham can happen to any innocent individual.
